You’ll be greeted as you arrive, nothing formal, just a chance to settle in and meet others in the room. We’ll share why we’ve brought this group together and what we hope you get out of the session. No right answers, no pressure, just your perspective.

Over starters, we’ll kick things off with a light prompt:
“One word to describe how your work feels right now.”
You’ll hear where others are at too; often, there’s surprising overlap. We’ll go first to set the tone. -
As the main course is served, conversation will flow naturally. We’ll have a few gentle prompts on the table to spark reflection if needed, like:
What came up for you when you used the tool?
Where are the blind spots or tensions in your organisation?
What’s one area where you’d love more support right now?
You’ll be seated with people who get what it’s like to lead in this space. Our team will move between tables to listen and learn from what’s being shared.

We’ll briefly share some patterns and insights from across the diagnostic responses — so you can see how your reflections fit into the bigger system.

As dessert or coffee arrives, we’ll invite a few thoughts back from the room — not a presentation, just what stood out or stuck. You can speak up, or just listen. We’ll capture what’s shared in real time.
