We want to know it all, and that's not because we like gossip, it's because organisations are complex systems and we want to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.

With an emphasis on collaboration, once we clear on the root cause we engage your people (at all levels) to co-design solutions that are anchored in your needs and vision, solutions that can be implemented and that your people are eager to adopt and own, because they have been designing them. These solutions can have the form of a new or improved, it can have the form of a new strategy or a streamlined value chain and processes

A solution that isn't implemented is just a waste of time and money, yours and ours. The risk of engaging people through a project is the frustration it can create if it's not implemented. That is why, we are so obsessed with implementation. The efforts to make it stick start at the very beginning of a project and they skyrocket towards the end.
