To be honest, it's not rocket science, is a combination of using the right tools for the right problems, being open to change, caring deeply about your people and customers and being obsessed with making the world a better place.

The Three6 way, has three steps and six ingredients (it had to... it's in our name!) Regardless of what problem you are seeking to solve, these steps and ingredients will always be present. Because we know it works.

The Three Steps

  • We spend time really understanding what's going on, what is happening with your people, your customers, the market, your systems, the culture and leadership team. We want to know it all, and that's not because we like gossip, it's because organisations are complex systems and we want to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.

  • With an emphasis on collaboration, once we clear on the root cause we engage your people (at all levels) to co-design solutions that are anchored in your needs and vision, solutions that can be implemented and that your people are eager to adopt and own, because they have been designing them. These solutions can have the form of a new or improved, it can have the form of a new strategy or a streamlined value chain and processes

  • A solution that isn't implemented is just a waste of time and money, yours and ours. The risk of engaging people through a project is the frustration it can create if it's not implemented. That is why, we are so obsessed with implementation. The efforts to make it stick start at the very beginning of a project and they skyrocket towards the end. Think change management, process implementation, cultural shifts, and everything you need to realise your vision.

The Six Ingredients

  • Every business exists to create value for their customers. It is time we stop assuming what they need and instead ask them. By conducting customer research, you can eliminate most risks and actually create stuff they value. And it's easier, if they have the answers, why try to guess?

  • Your people are your greatest asset, they know what happens and why it happens. Once again, it's time we stop assuming we have all the answers and involve them. Trust us, this will not only give you better solutions, but also facilitate adoption.

Founded by Nina at the age of 17, Three6 began as a tutoring service, where Nina's passion for helping others succeed was ignited.

Today, Three6 has evolved into a dynamic organisation with an audacious goal to contribute to tackling wicked problems across for-purpose industries. Our journey since 2018 has been one of growth, resilience, and unwavering commitment to our clients' success.
